We're looking for smart, thoughtful women to help us lead the conversation about what you look for when trying to live a life of conscious consumerism. We'll be covering topics like the pros and cons of minimalism, ethics of manufacturing, definitions of sustainability, and what you look for when you're interested in the ethics of a company.

This special virtual version of our Think Tank series lets us connect with community members all over the world via the magic of the internet! Please make sure you are able to be connected to an internet-capable device with a screen for the entirety of this 45-minute conversation before applying to participate.Â
We do our best to build a diverse group of individuals, who can represent as many different experiences as possible.
Thank you for answering our application questions.

Invitations to participate will be emailed by Monday, July 15 so you can hold the time on your schedule if you're invited to attend.
In July 2017, Brass hosted our first Think Tank after it became clear we needed to dive deeper into women's experiences of dressing for work. What resulted was a deeply meaningful conversation which changed the way we view our relationship to our community. The insights garnered from Think Tanks are now a direct inspiration for the products we create for you.
That first Think Tank was a collaboration with somebody you may have met (because we've finally hired her for keeps): Lucinda Gibbons. Lucinda is our Community Relations Manager and with a professional background that spans therapy, teaching and styling, she is uniquely qualified to facilitate these conversations with our Brass community.
